What you will do

• Lead global Controllership, Revenue, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial statements and external regulatory filings in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage the relationship with external auditors and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
• Define and execute global IFRS 15 policies for complex revenue streams.
• Optimize global order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay processes to improve working capital.
• Champion the global target operating model for finance, directing automation and reporting architecture.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent) designation.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• 8+ years of management experience, with at least 5+ years in a Senior Director or Head of role.
• Expert-level knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance within large, multi-national public companies.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
