What you will do
- Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the platform's tools.
- Participate in an immersive, ICF-certified coach training program to master the Coaching Methodology.
- Maintain consistent communication with members via email and chat between sessions.
- Contribute to the coaching community by sharing tools and insights to enhance collective practices.
- Act as an ambassador of the community, emphasizing kindness, respect, and empathy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals as a senior executive in forward deployment or support engineering.
- Proven experience leading teams through hypergrowth, rapid organizational change, or startup-to-scale transitions.
- Ability to balance meaningful technical responsibilities with team management and delegation.
- Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for the next 24+ months.
- Must be based in North America or Europe.
