What you will do

• Partner with potential clients to sell Data Engineering capabilities and identify ideal talent profiles for specific business needs.
• Scope technical solutions to solve complex business problems presented by clients.
• Manage and monitor the workload for engineers on the bench to maximize organizational efficiency.
• Design and curate content for accelerated upskilling programs and technical training.
• Mentor engineers on technical challenges and oversee professional growth through performance reviews.
• Conduct technical interviews and assessments to maintain a high bar for engineering quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total professional experience with a consistent track record of growth.
• 5+ years of experience in specialized data roles such as Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles managing high-performing teams or complex projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Mastery of data fundamentals and the ability to design high-level data architectures.
• Must be based in Latin America.
