TL;DR

Senior Legal Executive/General Counsel Coach (Legal): Providing 1:1 leadership coaching to members of the Mento community with an accent on career growth and leadership development. Focus on helping legal executives in the technology industry identify goals, improve communication, and solve complex workplace challenges.

Location: Remote (Must be based in North America or Europe)

hirify.global is a professional coaching platform that connects leaders with experienced mentors to foster professional growth and fulfillment.

What you will do

  • Provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to members using the Mento platform.
  • Complete an ICF-certified coach training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology.
  • Maintain regular communication with members via email and chat between sessions.
  • Contribute to the Mento coaching community by sharing tools, insights, and best practices.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the Mento community with kindness and empathy.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience as a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior legal executive.
  • Proven track record leading legal teams within or adjacent to the technology industry.
  • Experience in coaching individuals to improve their leadership and professional effectiveness.
  • Must be based in North America or Europe.
  • Ability to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a growth-oriented mindset.

  • Professional coaching certification.
