What you will do

• Draft complex commercial agreements, NDAs, and amendments while managing legal records.
• Identify and address contractual risks to ensure terms align with company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, operations, and automation units to facilitate contract execution.
• Review and summarize key terms of sophisticated commercial contracts for the leadership team.
• Develop and improve standard form agreements and playbooks to streamline legal operations.
• Conduct legal research to support internal initiatives and decision-making.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school (2025-2026 preferred).
• Must be based in Cleveland, Ohio.
• Active bar admission in Ohio (preferred) or sitting for the upcoming bar exam.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong quantitative background evidenced by previous positions or coursework.
• Availability during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with commercial contracts.
• Experience using Salesforce or Linksquares.
