What you will do

• Review and interpret contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs) to ensure enforceability and clarity.
• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks, including liabilities and breach scenarios.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with MiFID II, GDPR, and local commercial laws.
• Draft and negotiate amendments and side letters to align with the company's legal playbook.
• Manage contract administration, including UBO verification and termination clauses.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance to align terms with business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive legal experience with a focus on multiple jurisdictions (Europe, MENA, Americas, APAC).
• Proven ability to draft group policies and complex commercial agreements.
• Capability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong task-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
