What you will do

• Document and automate internal operational processes.
• Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense workflows.
• Handle vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects that lack a designated team home.
• Plan and execute company events, including offsites and hirify.global Conf.
• Perform administrative tasks, including contracts, shipments, and onboarding logistics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end event management.
• Experience managing external stakeholders.
• Background in Operations, Finance, or Event Planning.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and simplify complex systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
• Must be based in Americas time zones

Nice to have

• Experience in operations at a fast-growing, remote-first startup.
• Experience planning international events or offsites for distributed teams.
