What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end creative vision, brand identity, voice, and visual system across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex financial infrastructure and stablecoin concepts into clear, emotionally resonant narratives and assets.
• Lead creative direction for web, product marketing, social media, video, events, and investor materials.
• Build and evolve creative processes, including briefs, workflows, and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor internal design resources while directing external agencies, studios, and freelancers.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (Creative Director, Head of Brand, or equivalent).
• Proven portfolio of high-impact brand or campaign work in tech, fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Experience working within regulated, complex, or highly technical industries.
• Hands-on expertise in brand identity, copywriting, art direction, and motion.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
