Location: Hybrid (NYC) — Must be commutable to New York City headquarters (3-4 days per week, required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Salary: $170,000 - $205,000 + target equity

What you will do
- Architect and scale new Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) channels to transform pilot tests into predictable revenue drivers.
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns that guide users seamlessly from the first ad impression to conversion.
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop storytelling that authentically demonstrates product value.
- Establish measurement frameworks to track brand success, incrementality, and overall business impact.
- Own the P&L for assigned channels, utilizing data-driven storytelling to validate investment strategies.
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate research and streamline operational tasks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of integrated brand marketing experience at high-growth companies.
- Deep expertise in 2-3 TOFU channels (e.g., podcast advertising, OOH, CTV, influencer partnerships).
- Experience building measurement frameworks for offline or broad-reach channels (e.g., lift studies).
- Demonstrated AI fluency in a marketing context to improve strategic decision-making.
- Must be based in or commutable to New York City.
Nice to have
- Experience bringing AI products to market.
- Background in vertical SaaS.
- Experience at companies scaling from $20M to $500M ARR.
- Hands-on experience with brand creative production (video, photography, content).
