What you will do

• Define and own the Partner Marketing strategy and roadmap for onsite Marketplace programs and offsite campaigns.
• Lead and coach a team of Partner Marketers to execute growth strategies at scale.
• Drive revenue growth with accountability for ad revenue, iROAS, and GMV targets.
• Manage senior-level merchant relationships as a strategic partner and executive sponsor for marquee programs.
• Establish operating models, including planning cadences, measurement frameworks, and campaign governance.
• Partner with Product and Analytics to evolve attribution and incrementality measurement capabilities.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Partner, Performance, or Affiliate Marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling co-marketing or media network programs, ideally in fintech or retail.
• Deep fluency in performance marketing models, affiliate tracking, and attribution methodologies.
• Must be based in the USA.
