TL;DR

Divisional Sales Trainer (Automotive Finance): Designing and implementing comprehensive sales training plans to support automotive finance objectives with an accent on training effectiveness and dealer relationship management. Focus on developing training materials, conducting dealer visits, and optimizing sales force performance.

Location: Remote (US) — Opportunity available only to candidates living in the South, North East, and Mid Atlantic regions. Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week is required.

Salary: $60,000 - $111,900 per year

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and implement quarterly and annual sales training plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training techniques and the suitability of existing programs.
  • Create and maintain training handouts, slides, and videos for the sales force.
  • Conduct dealer visits to review and purchase potential sales contracts.
  • Participate in regional meetings, trade shows, seminars, and special events.
  • Travel significantly (3-4 days per week) to support regional operations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the South, North East, or Mid Atlantic regions of the USA.
  • Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales.
  • Valid state driver's license for significant local travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various web applications.
  • Strong supervisory and management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Effective professional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Previous outside sales experience.
  • Experience using DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL.
