Location: Remote (US) — Opportunity available only to candidates living in the South, North East, and Mid Atlantic regions. Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week is required.
Salary: $60,000 - $111,900 per year

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement quarterly and annual sales training plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training techniques and the suitability of existing programs.
- Create and maintain training handouts, slides, and videos for the sales force.
- Conduct dealer visits to review and purchase potential sales contracts.
- Participate in regional meetings, trade shows, seminars, and special events.
- Travel significantly (3-4 days per week) to support regional operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the South, North East, or Mid Atlantic regions of the USA.
- Proven experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales.
- Valid state driver's license for significant local travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and various web applications.
- Strong supervisory and management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Effective professional verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Previous outside sales experience.
- Experience using DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL.
