What you will do

• Gather and synthesize business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development cycles.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to define features and remove obstacles daily.
• Design intuitive solutions aligned with the solution architecture and technical roadmap.
• Provide precise acceptance criteria to the QA team and produce user documentation such as release notes and guides.
• Maintain and optimize systems while collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Explore and adopt modern AI tools to improve productivity and propose innovations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Knowledge of SQL databases (concepts, relationships, basic queries).
• Understanding of Web/API services and system integrations.
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Proven experience collaborating with QA teams and writing detailed acceptance criteria.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with payroll and accounting systems.
• Curiosity and interest in adopting AI tools (copilots, etc.) in daily workflows.
