What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue segment leaders to shape long-term strategy, set goals, and drive accountability.
• Lead the team in delivering high-quality insights on market sizing, business performance, and competitive landscapes.
• Monitor KPIs and trends to translate data signals into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Own the strategic narrative by synthesizing complex problems into structured frameworks and concrete growth plans.
• Partner with segment leaders to design and manage the operating rhythm, including business reviews and planning cycles.
• Leverage AI, automation, and tooling to scale analytical capabilities and eliminate manual processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics (consulting or high-growth tech background preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Track record as a strategic advisor to senior executive leadership and C-suite.
• Deep analytical fluency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to drive efficiency.
• Must be based in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.
