What you will do

  • Develop and execute the regional enterprise sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and retain a world-class team of Enterprise Account Executives using AI-augmented coaching.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights for account prioritization, territory planning, and predictable forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Drive operational excellence via AI-enabled dashboards to track performance and optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience managing sales teams targeting Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (industry-leading LLMs) and effective prompt engineering to increase productivity.
