What you will do

• Perform daily accounting activities and manage the month-end close process.
• Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and conduct flux analysis.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to implement process improvements.
• Assist in the planning and preparation for annual financial statement audits.
• Develop scalable policies and processes to support company growth.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• 4-year degree with a concentration in Accounting.
• 0-3 years of overall accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

Nice to have

• Exposure to fixed assets and inventory accounting.
• Experience with ERPs such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
