What you will do

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• 2+ years of sales or sales leadership experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer outreach tools.
• Proven ability to drive sales and create high-conversion customer experiences.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift items weighing 50 lbs or more.
