Salary: $88,000 - 123,300

What you will do
- Identify, document, and analyze business processes across cross-functional teams to execute business strategy.
- Create process maps using LucidChart and Draw.io, and procedural documentation in Confluence.
- Lead current-state analysis to uncover risks, gaps, and opportunities, driving resolution and mitigation efforts.
- Implement new process designs and execute improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the MCG Process Library, ensuring governance policies and best practices are maintained.
- Facilitate kaizen initiatives and project meetings to align stakeholders on process enhancements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, and/or project management.
- Proficiency in LucidChart, Draw.io, and Confluence for mapping and documentation.
- Knowledge of Process Management frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL v3, TQM, or ISO 9000.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and analyzing business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Must be based in the USA to align with US healthcare system focus and corporate benefits.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a closely related field.
- Experience leading workshops, kaizens, or making presentations to large groups.
