What you will do

• Identify, document, and analyze business processes across cross-functional teams to execute business strategy.
• Create process maps using LucidChart and Draw.io, and procedural documentation in Confluence.
• Lead current-state analysis to uncover risks, gaps, and opportunities, driving resolution and mitigation efforts.
• Implement new process designs and execute improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the MCG Process Library, ensuring governance policies and best practices are maintained.
• Facilitate kaizen initiatives and project meetings to align stakeholders on process enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, and/or project management.
• Proficiency in LucidChart, Draw.io, and Confluence for mapping and documentation.
• Knowledge of Process Management frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL v3, TQM, or ISO 9000.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and analyzing business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Must be based in the USA to align with US healthcare system focus and corporate benefits.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a closely related field.
• Experience leading workshops, kaizens, or making presentations to large groups.
