What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting process partnering with hiring managers in Tel Aviv office.
• Act as strategic talent advisor providing recommendations to shape acquisition efforts.
• Source candidates using social media, networking events, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews assessing interests, personalities, salary expectations, skills, and cultural fit.
• Utilize ATS to post jobs and track applicants; lead negotiations from offer to acceptance.
• Track recruiting strategy effectiveness and ensure top-notch candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2-5 years full cycle recruiter experience in multinational company
• Excellent English proficiency
• Strong sourcing and creative candidate attraction strategies.
