What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of 10-12 software engineers, driving career growth and personal development.
• Partner with Product Management to define and execute the Business Banking technology strategy and prioritized roadmap.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions across the full product lifecycle.
• Establish and evolve engineering standards, best practices, and policies to ensure system reliability and security.
• Collaborate with Architects and peer managers to manage cross-system dependencies and architectural alignment.
• Monitor delivery and operational metrics using data-driven insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field.
• 7+ years of experience in technology roles, with progressive responsibility in engineering leadership and people management.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant, cloud-based, high-transaction-volume systems, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Experience with full-stack software development in an enterprise environment (Java, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular/React).
• Hands-on experience with Agile-at-scale frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Lean), CI/CD, and test automation.
• Technical expertise in modern programming languages (Java, Python) and cloud technologies.
