Engineering Manager (Fintech): Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team to build and launch new products and customer-facing experiences on the Truework platform with an accent on scalability and system architecture. Location: Hybrid (3+ days a week in office). Hubs: San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN; and Santiago, Chile. Relocation stipend may be available.

Salary: $233,000 - $274,000 USD (for San Francisco, CA)

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience managing products at scale within highly regulated industries.
• Strong proficiency in TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of service architecture, system design, and lean software development.
• Must be based in or relocate to a hub location (SF, Denver, Nashville, or Santiago) and work from office 3+ days a week.
