Solution Engineer (Identity Fraud)

TL;DR

Solution Engineer (Identity Fraud): Designing technical architectures for identity protection solutions to bridge the gap between product capabilities and client business needs with an accent on consultative sales and user journey design. Focus on converting complex technical specifications into business value and managing the technical relationship throughout the sales cycle.

Location: Remote (USA). Must be able to travel approximately 25%.

Salary: $135,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Lead the technical architecture of the consultative sales process, translating technical jargon into compelling business value.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate prospects on ID Fraud/ID Watchdog capabilities.
• Assess client needs to recommend service configurations, workflow processes, and deployment methodologies.
• Manage demonstration environments and provide technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and Security Questionnaires.
• Develop client-customized Statements of Work (SOW) and detailed business requirements for customized features.
• Serve as a conduit between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to convey the voice of the client and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Consultant or Sales Engineer, preferably in Identity Fraud or Financial Wellness.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to engage with clients and attend industry conferences.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both C-suite executives and technical developers.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and web-based embedding (Widgets/IFrames).
• Track record of driving software sales specifically within the ID Fraud industry.
• Ability to connect technical features to high-level operational objectives and revenue run rates.
