What you will do

• Oversee all payment posting processes, including ERA, EOB, EFT, and patient payments.
• Reconcile bank deposits with system records and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Manage underpayments, overpayments, and unapplied cash.
• Establish internal controls and ensure audit readiness processes.
• Collaborate closely with AR, billing, and finance teams.
• Manage and oversee both offshore and onshore cash posting teams.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of revenue cycle experience, with a strong focus on payment posting and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, cash application, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven experience managing high-volume posting teams in onshore and offshore environments.
• Strong attention to detail, reporting, and process optimization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Must be based in the USA
