Procurement Specialist

Location: Hybrid role based at the San Fernando de Henares office in Madrid, Spain; willingness to travel worldwide on business trips is required.

What you will do

• Execute purchasing strategies that optimize supplier cost, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability.
• Design and implement effective local sourcing plans for products and materials.
• Support local sourcing strategies aligned with current and future business requirements.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes within the assigned area.
• Participate in and deliver training programs related to procurement compliance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical studies, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, or automation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid Spanish driver's license.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup from the San Fernando de Henares office in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electronics.
• Experience with SAP Ariba.
