TL;DR
Project Procurement Manager (Project Procurement/Supply Chain): Managing end-to-end procurement delivery for engineered projects across bidding, execution, and close-out with an accent on supplier performance, contract governance, cost control, and compliance. Focus on developing procurement strategies and schedules, leading RFx processes and negotiations, resolving supplier risks and claims, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Location: Hybrid role associated with Tallinn, Estonia, Lithuania, and Norway

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end procurement delivery for assigned projects from bid phase through execution and close-out.
  • Develop procurement plans, schedules, package strategies, and milestone alignment with project work breakdown structures.
  • Lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, evaluate bids, prepare award recommendations, and manage governance approvals.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and purchase orders, including scope, terms, change control, and documentation.
  • Manage supplier quality, performance risks, claims, delays, non-conformances, and contractual entitlements.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Sales, Logistics, Legal, Finance, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of procurement experience with engineered products or services in a project environment.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional English is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP or an equivalent ERP, analytical tools, supplier claims, contractual risks, RFx, expediting, supplier quality, Incoterms/logistics, and change management.
  • Experience in service or project business environments and international sourcing.

  • Additional European languages.
  • Experience with digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
