TL;DR
Principal Product Manager (Fintech): Building and optimizing the experience for high-value cross-border transfers with an accent on reducing friction and increasing system reliability. Focus on scaling payment infrastructure, evolving payout destinations, and embedding AI capabilities into the user journey.
Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA). Must be based in the US and able to work from the Seattle office at least 50% of the time monthly
Salary: $176,000–$220,000 base + equity

What you will do
- Define product strategy and roadmap to reduce friction and improve success rates for high-value senders.
- Lead the scalability strategy for corridor-specific rules and payment method nuances to reduce manual overhead.
- Evolve the transfer experience to enable payments directly to destinations like property builders, hospitals, and universities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and risk to ship globally compliant and performant experiences.
- Design and execute A/B experiments and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prototype and ship AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent autofill and adaptive validation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing products at scale.
- 5+ years experience building mobile or web products within payments, FinTech, or high-complexity checkout/onboarding.
- Deep expertise in payment ecosystems, including card, bank transfers, and real-time payment rails.
- Proficiency in designing experiments and interpreting funnel data for prioritization.
- Experience working in regulated environments with a strong understanding of compliance and risk constraints.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI as a daily PM tool and the ability to design AI-powered product features.
