What you will do
- Drive and support the go-to-market strategy for Okta's solutions specifically for the federal Public Sector.
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning tailored to the Public Sector audience.
- Create content including presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, blog posts, and website copy to support demand generation.
- Develop and deliver training tools to enable the sales team to sell effectively to government entities.
- Maintain expert-level market intelligence on customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of the Public Sector market, including procurement processes and compliance (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD).
- Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to translate technical concepts into narratives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Must be based in the United States.
