What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of lifecycle communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Define and establish a scalable tone of voice and brand communication system in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Personally craft high-quality copy for campaigns, product messaging, onboarding flows, and retention journeys.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, and Customer Insights teams to translate user pain points into narratives.
  • Analyze community channels and user feedback to inform messaging strategy and brand perception.
  • Shape early-stage brand identity and expand into organic content initiatives such as social storytelling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, or lifecycle/CRM-focused roles within consumer-facing brands.
  • Proven ability to write human-centered copy for email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic messaging work and high-quality creative writing.
  • Deep understanding of audience development, product positioning, and emotional storytelling.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-informed environments.
  • Must be based in the United States.
