Location: Remote (Must be based in the US or Canada)
Salary: $135K – $185K / CA$125K – CA$175K

What you will do
- Overhaul existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
- Transition messaging from functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
- Build the brand personality, tone of voice, and brand playbook in partnership with the CEO.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to drive engagement and trust.
- Produce creative organic content for social media and other growth channels to build brand affinity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and copywriting.
- Proven track record with organic channels such as email, SMS, and social media.
- Experience working with consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing writing and creative craft.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
