Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year (New York-based, eligible for performance-based compensation).

What you will do

• Own the performance content engine: build systems for ideation, scripting, production, editing, and iteration to produce high-converting ads.
• Lead creative strategy: define testing roadmaps, hypotheses, batches, and scaling rules based on performance data.
• Build multi-format capabilities across paid short-form video, AI-generated content, street interviews, and creator partnerships.
• Run weekly creative performance reviews with Paid Media and Social Commerce teams to iterate based on spend signals.
• Lead, hire, and coach a team of Creative Strategists and Editors with clear standards and feedback loops.
• Integrate AI and emerging tools to boost output quality and speed; design expansion into organic social.

Requirements

• Proven short-form performance creative leader with Meta/TikTok experience at scale, demonstrating hit rates, scaling, and efficiency gains.
• Expertise in full creative process: angle to script to edit to iterate to scale.
• Experience building and leading teams of creatives with high accountability.
• Culturally fluent in formats, rigorous, and fast-paced operator connected to day-to-day content creation.
• Hard disqualifiers: no Meta/TikTok performance experience, no shipped creative portfolio, no team-building experience.
