What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product strategy for AI-powered customer experiences and internal AI platform capabilities.
• Define and own the roadmap for AI agents, LLM-based systems, and automation workflows across operational use cases.
• Partner with engineering and prompt engineering teams to design AI architectures, prompt strategies, and safety guardrails.
• Drive key product metrics such as automation rate, response quality, and customer satisfaction through data-driven experimentation.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, including new LLMs and voice models, into production environments.
• Collaborate with external AI partners to assess new capabilities and identify opportunities for product innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product roles, consulting, or data analytics in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical fluency with AI systems, APIs, system design, or platform architecture.
• Hands-on experience and curiosity regarding AI/LLMs and emerging AI tools.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL to analyze performance and support decision-making.
• Must be based in the United States.
