What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI product creation, including ideation, architecture, coding proof-of-concepts, deployment, and scaling.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, KPIs, and track performance tied to revenue and adoption.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and go-to-market functions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create demos, ROI materials, and client-facing assets.
• Evangelize AI capabilities through client engagements, events, and partnerships while integrating latest AI/ML advancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product leadership, engineering leadership, or technical solution architecture in SaaS, AI, or platform environments
• Strong hands-on technical background in software engineering, AI/ML systems, data products, or large-scale system design with coding ability
• Proven track record transforming early-stage tech concepts into revenue-generating products or client solutions
• Strong commercial mindset with go-to-market, client engagement, and business growth experience
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executives, clients, and audiences
• Entrepreneurial player-coach mentality for independent operation and team mentoring
