What you will do

• Build and lead the internal IT function, including policies and systems across all offices and remote teams.
• Manage the endpoint lifecycle across a hybrid Mac and Windows environment.
• Own identity and access management via Google Workspace and Azure AD, including SSO and MDM.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies aligned with SOC 2 and broader compliance requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations on vendor contracts, licensing, and IT spend.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and mentor desktop support resources.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
• Experience supporting a high-growth, distributed environment (agency or startup preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration, Azure AD, and MDM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and systems management.
• Must be based in the United States to align with company benefits and operations.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a PE-backed or rapidly scaling organization.
• Familiarity with Aruba, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
