What you will do
- Lead daily sales activities for Service Agreement and Warranty product lines, managing renewals and expiration notifications.
- Manage the full contract renewal workflow in Salesforce, ensuring accurate coverage and timely delivery of quotes.
- Coordinate with Order Management and Finance to verify data accuracy across Salesforce and SAP.
- Identify new revenue opportunities by analyzing customer buying cycles and transitioning leads to field representatives.
- Develop and implement new processes to enhance automation and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reagent rental instruments and revenue recognition.
Requirements
- Must be based in or eligible to work in the United States.
- 3+ years of experience in service or field sales, or a sales support capacity.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, including SAP, Salesforce.com, and Oracle.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
