What you will do

• Review, analyze, and underwrite new and renewal Property risks to ensure profitability.
• Manage existing renewal books and implement corrective measures to meet profitability expectations.
• Build and maintain quality relationships with key producers while monitoring the producer base.
• Collaborate with regional managers and national product line leaders regarding individual accounts and operational improvements.
• Analyze competitor pricing and forms to effectively market products.
• Promote the growth and development of less experienced underwriters.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of current property underwriting expertise.

• Four-year college degree desired; insurance designations are a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
