What you will do

• Administer and maintain compensation models, rate structures, and operational workflows for third-party distribution.
• Act as a liaison between internal partners and external distribution partners to provide compensation support.
• Coordinate the accuracy and distribution of compensation schedules and rate information for product launches and firm offerings.
• Research and resolve operational issues and troubleshooting queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize Excel and AI tools to analyze data and generate insights for special projects.
• Support advisor onboarding activities, including appointments and background checks (up to 25% of the role).

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of relationship management or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check under FINRA.
• Must be based in Springfield, MA.
