Marketplace Account Manager (AWS): Drive sales strategy and operations for AWS Marketplace within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities and develop comprehensive solutions. Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 a year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop marketplace sales strategy within accounts, collaborating with Client Directors, Sales Specialists, technical leaders, and partners to identify growth opportunities across practice groups.
  • Align and execute GTM plans through strategy sessions, ensuring consistency with company objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Track KPIs like revenue, margin, offers, active ISVs, and incentives to drive profitability.
  • Create and distribute content such as decks, success stories, newsletters, and tech updates for teams, customers, and partners.
  • Enable sales and technical teams nationally and regionally, provide deal support, and act as partner liaison for escalations.
  • Analyze data for territory heat maps, involve in strategic deals for incentives, manage marketplace offers lifecycle, and collaborate on reporting and MDF utilization.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (USA employment benefits like 401(k), medical insurance).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in sales strategy, GTM execution, KPI tracking, and partner management.
  • Strong data analysis skills for territory mapping and deal optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, operations, procurement, and marketing teams.
