What you will do

• Own and enhance corporate financial models, including 3-statement modeling, to support long-term planning.
• Drive core FP&A workstreams such as monthly forecasting, BvA variance analyses, and annual budgeting.
• Manage financial planning tools (Drivetrain AI) and ensure data integration across NetSuite and SFDC.
• Analyze SaaS metrics and ROI spend efficiency to identify risks and influence enterprise outcomes.
• Support corporate development initiatives including IPO readiness, equity fundraising, and M&A due diligence.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support Management and Board decision-making and investor relations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in Tech Investment Banking, VC, or PE.
• 2+ years of experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS company in Corporate Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Demonstrated skills in reporting automation and data visualization using SQL, Python, Looker, or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events such as IPO and M&A.
• Proficiency with BigQuery.
