TL;DR

What you will do

  • Execute strategic prospecting and lead generation programs, including cold outreach, networking, and targeted research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospect identification and discovery to closing new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms for hirify.global Work Center solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and account growth.
  • Partner with implementation, product, and development teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth delivery.
  • Track KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and forecasts for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales roles.
  • Proven success selling complex software, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume concurrent opportunities and client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Must be based in the USA and be willing to travel as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Business Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, or Aviation Technology sectors.
  • Background in selling workflow, maintenance, operations, or productivity software solutions.
  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools for prospecting and deal intelligence (e.g., Salesforce AI, Gong, HubSpot).
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-scaling SaaS organizations.
