What you will do
- Define annual and quarterly partner marketing strategies for the AMER region, ensuring alignment with sales leadership and revenue marketing objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers to deliver high-quality strategic execution.
- Architect and manage the distribution model, overseeing distributor marketing strategy, performance, and MDF allocation.
- Partner with AMER Partner Sales and Field Marketing to drive regional pipeline targets and KPIs.
- Manage the AMER partner marketing budget with strict accountability for spend and accruals.
- Standardize campaigns and event playbooks to ensure a consistent brand experience across all partners.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in partner/channel marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
- Proven track record of managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers, and Global System Integrators.
- Deep expertise in the B2B SaaS or Enterprise technology landscape.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Background in Cybersecurity or Cloud security.
- Prior experience managing or launching a 2-tier distribution marketing model.
