What you will do

• Define annual and quarterly partner marketing strategies for the AMER region, ensuring alignment with sales leadership and revenue marketing objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers to deliver high-quality strategic execution.
• Architect and manage the distribution model, overseeing distributor marketing strategy, performance, and MDF allocation.
• Partner with AMER Partner Sales and Field Marketing to drive regional pipeline targets and KPIs.
• Manage the AMER partner marketing budget with strict accountability for spend and accruals.
• Standardize campaigns and event playbooks to ensure a consistent brand experience across all partners.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in partner/channel marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Proven track record of managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers, and Global System Integrators.
• Deep expertise in the B2B SaaS or Enterprise technology landscape.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

• MBA degree.
• Background in Cybersecurity or Cloud security.
• Prior experience managing or launching a 2-tier distribution marketing model.
