What you will do

• Deliver performant, reliable, and secure code for the Truework platform, supporting significant scale.
• Design and architect new features in partnership with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve product ambiguities and ship impactful features.
• Build and validate rapid MVPs using an experimentation mindset to meet customer needs.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve production issues for services owned by the team.
• Take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, from initial feature design through production release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript (or similar languages/frameworks).
• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to a hirify.global hub location (e.g., San Francisco, CA).
• Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
