What you will do

• Own the reliability of real-time trading systems, including the urgent resolution of production issues.
• Manage the software deployment process and develop scalable, fault-tolerant automated systems.
• Write and maintain complex Python infrastructure and ensure correct production configuration.
• Maintain a robust pre-release automated testing process to identify deployment blockers.
• Collaborate with quantitative traders to improve Python/C++ infrastructure and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python and shell scripting.
• Relevant experience in a DevOps role, preferably within a trading desk environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to respond urgently to production needs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with C++.
