TL;DR

Focus on optimizing campaign performance, managing P&L for direct mail, conducting deep-dive analyses, and driving cross-functional collaboration for sustainable growth.
Hybrid options in Phoenix, AZ and San Francisco, CA metro areas; remote available in certain other US locations. Unable to facilitate H1-B or STEM-OPT visa sponsorship.
Salary Range: $180,000 to $225,000 + bonus + benefits.

What you will do
- Define and execute credit-based marketing strategy using credit, customer, and alternative data.
- Own direct mail acquisition channels including strategy, targeting, creative, and P&L management.
- Perform independent deep-dive campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive growth and optimization at marketplace partners like Lightbox and D2C channels.
- Establish sustainable, profitable direct mail programs to fuel growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, data science, underwriting, marketing, and sales teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in marketing, risk, analytics, or product with hands-on experience in high-volume direct marketing for financial products.
- Deep experience with credit bureaus, credit-based lenders, or lending marketplaces.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other coding for granular campaign analysis.
- Strong business acumen, project management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of credit-based data for targeting strategies.
- Can-do attitude and growth mindset for cross-functional leadership.
