Salary Range: $180,000 to $225,000 + bonus + benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute credit-based marketing strategy using credit, customer, and alternative data.
• Own direct mail acquisition channels including strategy, targeting, creative, and P&L management.
• Perform independent deep-dive campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive growth and optimization at marketplace partners like Lightbox and D2C channels.
• Establish sustainable, profitable direct mail programs to fuel growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, data science, underwriting, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing, risk, analytics, or product with hands-on experience in high-volume direct marketing for financial products.
• Deep experience with credit bureaus, credit-based lenders, or lending marketplaces.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other coding for granular campaign analysis.
• Strong business acumen, project management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of credit-based data for targeting strategies.
• Can-do attitude and growth mindset for cross-functional leadership.
