What you will do

• Lead product initiatives for hirify.global Spam Blocker and WorkPhone from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Build a deep understanding of customer problems through research, testing, and behavioral data.
• Translate identified opportunities into concepts, prototypes, and experiments using fast learning cycles.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate discovery, synthesis, and the product development process.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to launch high-impact user experiences.
• Establish feedback loops by measuring product usage and translating insights into continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally within mobile, consumer, or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience with consumer mobile app growth.
• Strong data literacy for establishing actionable metrics and data storytelling.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous spaces and drive alignment through influence.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work and product building.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Seattle, US.

Nice to have

• Experience taking zero-to-one products or features to market.
• Familiarity with voice technology, fraud prevention, or trust and safety.
