What you will do

• Onboard new customers, handle invoicing, and manage collections.
• Record incoming cash receipts and distribute statements to customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work during normal business hours in your local time zone with a consistent weekly schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables, SUMIFS, and XLOOKUP.
• Mandatory attendance at online meetings with on-camera video.
• Ability to communicate effectively via email, Slack, and JIRA.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems is preferred.
