What you will do

• Manage all accounts payable functions, including preparing checks, routing invoices for approval, and approving vouchers.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as posting customer payments, sending statements, and managing new customer setup.
• Perform collections and investigate billing issues to resolve customer discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with customers and vendors via email and phone to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Support the finance and sales teams on special requests and projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• 2-5+ years of related accounting experience or training.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of general ERP Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (employment authorization support is not available).
