What you will do

• Prepare and report general ledger accounts, balance sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L), and capital statements for external stakeholders.
• Manage the quarterly closing process, including the proper booking of accruals and provisions.
• Engage with fund administrators and auditors to ensure compliance with firm policies and global financial market regulations.
• Prepare standalone fund financial information and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Perform critical analysis of financial information to ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3 years of experience OR a Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
• Must be located in Dallas, TX, United States.
• Professional experience utilizing US GAAP to produce or review financial information for private equity funds.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and journal entries to reconcile accounts and analyze financial control infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation tools.
• Demonstrated experience participating in internal and external financial audits, including control documentation.
