Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

What you will do

• Administer IT systems and services to support the overall business operations.
• Manage and grow expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Utilize ticketing systems to manage and resolve technical issues.
• Provide onsite support at the Lansdowne office to resolve physical hardware or infrastructure issues.
• Apply service management principles to ensure high quality of IT delivery.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work onsite in Leesburg, VA (1-2 days per week).
• Basic experience with ticketing systems and understanding of service management.
• Keen interest or basic experience in Microsoft Azure and Intune.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services.
