What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for chat automation initiatives and AI-powered assistants.
• Identify and prioritize high-value chat automation opportunities across patient, provider, and internal support journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define product requirements, user stories, and user flows.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies including LLMs and conversational analytics tools.
• Develop and track success metrics such as accuracy, latency, and NPS to measure business impact.
• Partner with business and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption of new AI features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development or digital product management.
• Proven hands-on experience launching and scaling conversational AI or chat automation products.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with AI model evaluation and integration via APIs (e.g., OpenAI or Anthropic).
• Must be based in the United States.

• SQL proficiency for data-driven product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
