Senior Product Manager (Rare Disease)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product roadmaps for emerging business products in the rare disease sector.
• Define product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Software Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory departments.
• Conduct VOC interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to validate features and drive growth.
• Create business cases and financial models to identify and justify new business opportunities.
• Develop quantitative performance indicators to track and improve product effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in physical or life science, statistics, or engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of total professional experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategic consulting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with rare disease products, WGS/WES, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Expertise in the Life Sciences industry.
