What you will do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for behavioral health solutions.
• Identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities to solve clinical and operational needs.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate strategy into epics and prioritized backlogs for Agile engineering teams.
• Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping and validation of user experiences.
• Monitor success metrics and optimize product performance through data-driven experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning and improving a product with measurable growth.
• Experience developing Healthcare Practice Management and EMR solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, specifically FHIR and HL-7.
• Experience in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) domain strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
